I have some questions for my readers...

1. what are your favorite workouts?

2. what are your favorite songs to listen to when you workout?

3. what are the most effective workouts for fat loss?

4. what are the most effective workouts to tone: arms, legs, abs, butt?

5. how long do you normally workout/do different exercises?

I read a lot on the internet, but I want to hear what you guys do at the gym and what seem to be the most effective workouts...

  1. 1. I prefer an elliptical to running any day, where i can only run for like 10 min i can do an hour on the elliptical, I personally like that and swimming
    2. I like to work out to anything dancey and up beat like metric, the ting tings, and the faint
    3. The most effective work out for fat loss though is cardio ie running and spin bikes, there a bitch but they work
    4. for toning pilates is great for overall. Arms, rowing is amazing, leg and butt lunges are great. but for abs i have no idea i have never had success in this area, no matter how many crunches i do ive never had a flat stomach:(
    5. when im working out for real I do 45 min cardio followed by 30-60 min in weights and 15min in the sauna. the sauna is amazing!

  2. I wish my gym had a sauna! right now I'm trading up my days: half cardio half strength.... I think I'm going to add some cardio to my strength training days to hopefully boost my fat loss and jump start my toning...

    I love swimming and cross training

    Whatever really, as long as its upbeat

    I would say cross training or running, things like that

    4. what are the most effective workouts to tone: arms, legs, abs, butt?
    I don't do many toning exercises but I'm going to start doing lunges as my thighs are wobbly

    5. how long do you normally workout/do different exercises?
    I usually walk for 2 hours (1 hour at a time)and sometimes swim laps for half an hour- an hour
